1. Agreement to Terms

No VCPR: Your use of our tools does not establish a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR).
Informational Only: Calculations (such as chocolate theobromine toxicity, RER/MER daily calories, puppy growth, or epigenetic age) are general theoretical models and do not constitute clinical veterinary diagnoses, prescriptions, or individualized medical plans.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the client-side calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. All proprietary interface layouts, branding, source code structure, and original editorial content are the exclusive intellectual property of CalculusPet. You may not scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute our software without prior written authorization.

CalculusPet may display contextual advertisements served via Google AdSense. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the products, services, claims, or veterinary items advertised by third-party sponsors. Interacting with third-party advertisements is entirely at your own discretion and governed by the third party's respective terms and privacy policies.

Any delay in seeking in-person licensed veterinary medical attention;
Inaccuracies arising from user input errors, physiological variations in pet metabolism, or food product composition differences.
